-

Proptech Company Quicklets, which specialises in rentals, has opened new offices in Sliema and Valletta, while signing its 10th franchise agreement, as it expands its operations to serve more clients.

One of the secrets of Quicklets growth is that it offers its best Letting Spe-cialists the chance to open their own offices using the franchise, through a sharedownership scheme.

“We want to build entrepreneurs not just letting agents. We offer a fantastic back office system, extensive coaching and the most up-to-date property database on the island,” says founder Steve Mercieca.

Part of Quicklets’ success has been steering sustainable growth through participation at many fairs and seminars, including Careers Week at university to attract fresh talent, Sliema Street Arts Festival to attract creative individuals and Zest to interact with key players

of the tech and start-up industry.

At present, Quicklets is also developing an academy for more constant training available to its team on a 24/7 basis, as well as a Real Estate Qualification with Lead Academy. (For more information visit: http://leadtraining.com.mt/real-estate-agent-pr ofessional-certificate)
