Alfred Sant says Paceville masterplan ‘overlooks’ realities of residents, land values

Labour MEP Alfred Sant yesterday questioned the “rationale” behind the masterplan for Paceville, a government proposition which has been largely criticised on various counts.

In his blog on The Malta Independent, Dr Sant says he doubts whether one quarter of the proposals will be implemented, adding that the realities of “existing buildings, residents and land values have been almost completely overlooked”.
