An Open Day at Fort Fitness in Fort Cambridge on Sunday 29th January, aims to raise €10,000 for The Inspire Foundation

Late last year, the Maltese Health and Fitness scene was taken by storm by a new state of the art fitness facility that opened at Fort Cambridge in Sliema (near The Point).

With over 2000m2 boasting an extensive range of the most up to date resistance and cardiovascular equipment, Fort Fitness Health and Fitness offers fitness enthusiasts an experience like no other.

“When we first opened, at the end of last year, the reaction from the public was overwhelming,” explained Darren Desira one of the owners of Fort Fitness. “People were impressed to find that we offer over 140 machines, a three-lane indoor track, a wide variety of innovative group classes and even a boxing academy for both kids and adults. Now, just two months later, we think it’s time that we give something back to society.”

“On Sunday 29th January, we will be having an open day. The aim is twofold - to give the general public the opportunity have a look around the fitness center and, to fundraise for a good cause - The Inspire Foundation.”

During the open day, visitors will enjoy free entertainment provided by six iGaming companies that will be challenging each other at various fitness feats. Whilst the center will be open all day, the challenge will take place between 10am and noon. The goal is to raise €10,000 in aid of The Inspire Foundation

Visitors to the open day will also benefit from various offers and giveaways. Just to mention a few, WOW Beauty Clinic will be offering Free laser consultations, Antonio’s Barber Shop will be offering services at 50% discount and Dr Alan Zammit’s Physiotherapy Clinic will be offering Free foot scans.
