Eden Comedy’s 16th Stand Up Comedy Night

The Eden Comedy Club is back for its 16th Stand Up Comedy Night on Friday 3rd March at 8.30pm, at the Eden Cinemas.

First to take the stage is Matt Welcome, an established headline act on the UK comedy circuit. He is known for his sublime material, with not a word or a pause out of place in the torrent of comedy. So crisp and pithy are the sarcastic observations, they almost seem like a collection of quotations from the world’s great wits, making ideas seem so obvious that you’d wonder why you’d never considered them before.

Danny Posthill is no unfamiliar name as he was a finalist in the grand finale of ‘Britain’s got Talent’ in 2015. His versatile act caters for all walks of life with unbeatable stand up and a string of impressions such as Jimmy Carr, Michael McIntyre, Lee Evans, Al Pacino plus many more to guarantee a night of laughter you will never forget. He has also established himself as the number one Trump impersonator in the UK.

Last but not least is resident MC Geoff Whiting who has now become a house-hold name in comedy, locally and abroad. Whiting is the founder of Mirth Control Comedy and has a wealth of experience in working at all notable comedy clubs in Europe. His funny, strong, versatile acts lend itself to any occasion.

Doors will open at 7.30pm, an hour before the show starts, with great offers at the bar.
