Frank Salt to promote Malta property to South African market

-

Between 14th and 16th March, Frank Salt Real Estate director Grahame Salt, and Chief Operations Officer Darren de Domenico will once again be promoting property in Malta to a large number of potential investors in South Africa.

Mr Salt and Mr de Domenico will be accompanied at the ‘Malta residence, visa and investment seminars’ by Frank Salt Real Estate’s agent in South Africa.

“This new series of seminars has been organised in response to the large number of requests for similar initiatives by South Africans who are looking to purchase property in Malta and Gozo as an investment or due to interest in residence programmes,” Grahame Salt explained. “The number of South African nationals investing in property on our islands is on the increase. We are working hard so that Malta, which has so much to offer, will benefit from the high interest shown. Investment does not stop stop with their purchase of property. These are wealthy clients who bring revenue to our islands, as do their family and friends when they visit.”

The series of seminars which will be held in major cities in South Africa will be further supported through follow-up by Frank Salt Real Estate and through the strong association the company has with local law firms, tax advisors and other ancillary services.

“Our long years of experience in dealing with foreign clients have made us exceptionally well equipped for promoting local property to overseas markets. We have promoted Malta in South Africa in particular for twelve years,” Mr Salt explained. “Every year we tap into new markets and strengthen familiar ones, with China, Scandinavia, Russia and of course the UK featuring among our most recent overseas visits and plans for this year.”
