Cashback Prizes for ten BOV Cardholders

Ten BOV cardholders won back EUR250 each on purchases effected with their BOV debit and credit cards in Gozo, between the 27th April and the 2nd May 2017.

The winners were among those who used their credit or debit cards during the promotion period to pay for goods or services at BOV POSs in shops and establishments across Gozo.

Ivo Camilleri, BOV Executive Electronic Banking and Horace Laudi, BOV Regional Manager Gozo met the winners at BOV Centre in Santa Venera. Ivo Camilleri expressed the Bank’s satisfaction regarding the positive trend in customer preference for cards whenever they need to effect a payment. “This trend is very encouraging, because it shows that more people are realising the benefits that cards and other electronic methods of payment represent, compared to more traditional methods of payment, like cash and cheques.” Bank of Valletta, which has always been at the forefront in harnessing technology for customer-driven financial solutions is committed to keep on investing so as to provide self-service banking solutions that are user-friendly, intuitive and secure.

Congratulating the winners, Horace Laudi said, “We are pleased to note that more cards are being used in shops and establishments across Gozo.
