Cat found skinned alive in Mdina

The parliamentary secretary for animal rights, Clint Camilleri, has sought police intervention after reports that a cat was skinned alive in Mdina.

In a statement, the Department of Information said Parliamentary Secretary Camilleri had been informed of the criminal act, which was carried out two days ago.

The Animal Welfare Department and the police are working to identify the culprit/s.
