-

The ALS Malta Foundation is holding another art exhibition event to raise more funds to continue its mission to finding a cure for this terrible disease. On Sunday 25 March DAR Bjorn, in Qormi will once more open its doors to the Maltese public for those interested to come and experience a unique art collection of 20 Life Sized paintings featuring worldwide personalities. These paintings are original framed works by one of Malta’s top artist Maestro Ed Schembri, who focusses in abstract art.

This good cause event is going to be a one-day art marathon, starting at 9am till 9pm, with the aim to invite people that loves art to visit this exceptional exhibition and take advantage from super accessible prices for these massive abstract works of art.

All those attending this exhibi- tion will have a chance to meet Bjorn Formosa, founder of ALS Malta and the artist himself Ed Schembri, while sipping a glass of wine.

“No doubt that in terms of abstract art this is an inimitable event not to be missed. This unusual art expo will feature life sized paintings of well know people, from Lennon to Gandhi to MLK and many more. Besides, this is also another opportunity for the local public to support ALS Malta as we are continuously raising awareness and offering support to ALS and MND sufferers on the island of Malta. Our commitment remains the same and endless, that to offer the essential support to these people and thanks to Ed Schembri, all profits from these paintings will go in aid of ALS Malta,” said Bjorn.
