Sleep well seminar

-

At The Westin Dragonara Resort we embrace restful sleep as one of our six well being pillars. We believe that nothing restores your mind and body like a restful sleep.

To activate this pillar the hotel has recently held a ‘Sleep Well’ Workshop which was aimed to support positive changes to children’s sleeping patterns. The workshop, which was open to the public, was delivered by Becky Gingell, Sleep Coach at Quiet Nights. Becky gave tips on how to understand the importance of sleep and its impact on the emotional, physical and biological wellbeing of children as well as parents or guardians alike.

At Westin® you can expect to eat, sleep, move, feel, work and play well, whilst transcending the rigors of travel while you’re on the road. Our Heavenly® beds, available in each one of our rooms are uniquely designed with plush, pillow-top construction for premium comfort and support. We regularly encourage our guests to slip into our Westin Heavenly Bed and experience a night of restorative sleep.

As part of this initiative Westin Hotels & Resorts has also come up with Project Rise: ThreadForward, a sustainability program that collects, processes and reweaves hotel bed linens transforming them into thousands of pairs of children’s pyjamas. We encourage guests to support this gesture by purchasing a pair of pyjamas on westinstore.com to benefit the program.
