Flora Tallin cruised through to the second round of the UEFA
Champions League with an easy 3-0 win over Hibernians to qualify on a 5-0 aggregate.
Flora were simply the better team, both technically and especially physically with the locals tiring out in the second half. Hibernians started well and almost took the lead no 16 minutes when a Jake Grech cross shot almost deceived the Flora goalkeeper.
But on 25 minutes Flora forged ahead when Zenjov squared the ball with Sappinen to beat Vella with a low drive. Seven minutes later Sappinen made all by himself beating
Almeida before easily beating Vella for the second goal.
On 36 minutes Hibernians had the best chance of the match but Bjorn Kristensen shot incredibly wide when well placed. The match had nothing to offer in the second half with Flora having long periods of possession of the ball with Hibernians unable to create something up front.
With three minutes from timesubstitute Reinkort scored Flora’s third goal in a swift break, with Hibernians now moving to the Conference League were they face San Marino’s Folgore.
