William Wait to be appointed NonExecutive Chairman of Malta Enterprise

William Wait will be appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Malta Enterprise Corporation, after serving as Deputy Chairman since 2013.

Mr. Wait served as a director and deputy CEO of Toly Group, an international cosmetics manufacturing group. In 2008, he was elect- ed to the Federation of Industry’s Council, and subsequently elected to the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry. He was also a member of the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development.

He is currently serving as Executive Chairman of Projects Malta Limited and Chairman of the Water Services Corporation. Mr Wait will relinquish the post of Chairman of the Water Services Corporation.

Mario Zammit has been appointed as Chairman of the Water Services Corporation. Mr Zammit served as Managing Director of Uniplast Limited.
