Equiom appoints Nick Evans as head of Corporate Development, Europe
International trust and corporate services provider, Equiom, has announced the appointment of Nick Evans as head of Corporate Development, Europe.
Nick will join Equiom in August and will take responsibility for leading Equiom’s acquisitive growth strategy in Europe.

Nick is a very talented individual with a great deal of financial services experience. Nick has 25 years’ experience in banking, specialising in structured finance for the last 15 years. He joins Equiom from a leading bank where he had responsibility for originating, structuring and executing the provision of senior debt alongside mid market private equity.
