FANTA launches new look and feel with its Spiral bottle

-

FANTA, has taken the fun a notch higher with the launch of a new spiral FANTA bottle inspired by FANTA’s great orange taste.

The newly designed bottle is now available in Malta through GSD Marketing, distributors of The Coca-Cola Company brands, produced in Malta by The General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd.

The launch of the new Spiral bottle and the matching renewed visual identity is being supported by a series of initiatives inviting teens to enjoy and share fun moments together.

The unique new shape for Fanta breaks the conventional PET engineering rules. It is truly radical bottle design which combines intelligent engineering and creative design to deliver a disruptive onshelf image and unique physical structure.

In fact, the new shape represents the fruity taste of FANTA and sports the renewed FANTA logo and colour scheme that is handcrafted, bold and fun: a true translation of the perfectly imperfect world out there.

GSD Marketing General Manager Brian Galea said: “FANTA has always been playing a key role in the sparkling category in Malta, and it is important for us to be able to constantly renew the bond between the brand and its audience through bold innovations. With the new spiral bottle, we turn to dynamic people who love to experiment and have fun, offering a refreshing and great tasting fruity drink".

The bottle and the renewed visual identity is intended to raise the interest of teens who are eager to explore, attracted to spontaneity and love to share their discoveries with their friends. The asymmetric silhouette is expected to stick out on the store shelves attracting teens and their parents to enjoy and explore the vibrant sparkling beverage with fruit juice content.

Martin Agius, Sales & Marketing Manager of GSD Marketing, said: “Teens are constantly on the lookout for innovation. The Coca-Cola Company, producers of Fanta, never stops short of providing its consumers with initiatives combining the elements of surprise and fun. Fanta’s new image aims to achieve just that.”
