Malta and the Ministry for the Economy finalists in the Swiss WealthBriefing Awards
Malta and representatives of the Ministry for the Economy, Investment and Small Business have for the second year running been nominated as finalists in the upcoming WealthBriefing Swiss Awards. One nomination is that for ‘International Finance Centre’ where Malta has, for the second year running, been placed as a finalist with other lead jurisdictions for the prestigious title.
The WealthBriefing Awards aim to recognise the achievements of senior banking, wealth management professionals and jurisdictions, together with an audience made up of 500 colleagues from all over Europe and an outreach of 60,000 professionals worldwide.
The awards are focused around three main category groupings, those celebrating experts, products and services for wealth managers and clients, and institutions of all sizes and types. Categories include recognition for those in specialist fields of investment management, marketing, private client, wealth management technology companies, and other rising stars.
WealthBriefing is a leading subscription-based business intelligence service for the wealth management community that provides analysis and in-depth features from around the globe. These awards are organised by ClearView Financial Media, a publisher of a global news service in the private banking and wealth management sphere.
Finalists will be judged by their independence, integrity and genuine insight by specially convened expert panels, drawn from both private banks and advisors and supported by relevant third-party organisations. Winning a WealthBriefing award is an international achievement in the banking and financial sector.
Officials from the Ministry for the Economy, Investment and Small Business will be present at the awards to be held today in Geneva.
