Cynergi open day

To celebrate its recent reopening after a total refurbishment, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club is hosting an Open Day today from 6am to10pm, inviting the public to try out the club for free on the day. Cynergi Health and Fitness Club will be adding on some extra classes for the day, however, bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment.

The main activities will take place between 6 and 8pm when a number of health and fitness related activities will take place. In addition to the above, expect healthy snacks, gifts, membership offers, nutritional advice, personal training offers and advice, BMI and body composition analysis, free massages and much more.
