JCI Malta is looking for friendly businesses

JCI Malta is on the hunt for Malta’s Friendliest Business. Do you know a business that makes you smile every time you use their service? If you do, don’t keep it a secret, nominate them for the JCI Malta Friendly Business Awards competition. We all need to support local businesses to ensure they have a future.

The JCI Malta Friendly Business awards seek to recognise the important role played by small businesses in the continuous development and improvement of our economy and local communities. The competition aims to award businesses that go the extra mile and provide an outstanding service to their customers and their community at large. It is particularly important in this economic environment to highlight businesses that don't allow their standards to slip and continue to provide quality services.

The Friendliest Business in Malta will be judged on the following criteria: Community Impact, Customer Care, Disabili- ty Access, Digital Experience, Eco-Friendliness and Shop Layout and Design. These six categories are the foundations of a business that has the customer at the centre of their business.
