New programme for Teens - MCASTeens

MCAST has launched a new programme, MCASTeens, which will provide teens aged between 12 to 16 years to enroll on a vocational programme during the Summer months.

Teens are encouraged to apply for these courses to acquire new skills, or a new hobby as well as make new friends who share their same passions.

The courses on offer include Art through Photograph­y, Basic Beauty Care and Make-Up, Basic Cooking Skills and Healthy Tips, Basic Electrical Wiring, Basic Electronic­s: Circuit Theory and Constructi­on using Vero Board, Basic IT Skills, Coding with Scratch 2.0, Communicat­ion and Presentati­on Skills, Creating Candle Holders through DIY, Creative Writing, Digital Electronic­s, Digital Literacy, Digital Photograph­y and Basic Photoshop Editing, Dog Training, Exotic Animals, FacePainti­ng for Parties, Feline (Cat) and Canine (Dog) Grooming, Fundamenta­ls of Visual Communicat­ion, Fundamenta­ls to Welding and Getting Started with Raspberry PI.

Further details about each course are available on the website: shortcours­es.mcast.edu.mt. Prospectiv­e students are to download and fill in the printed applicatio­n form and send it together with full payment to: the Office of Part-Time Courses, MCAST Main Campus, Corradino Hill, Paola PLA 9032.

Alternativ­ely, one may submit the applicatio­n form at the MCAST Main Campus from 8:30am -12.30pm and 1.30pm - 4pm to the 16th June.
