Anyone who wants to buy, sell or let a property can now visit a large, new office opened by Frank Salt Real Estate at a prime location in the Forum complex in Tal-Ibraġ. The 14-strong team is led by top real estate manager, George Bonnici.

“Our company has always wanted an office in the Tal-Ibraġ area to better serve the locality,” said Frank Salt, founder and chairman of the Frank Salt Group. “When we realised that one was available in a new first class development we knew this would be the best location for us and our clients. We are very fortunate in obtaining the excellent services of George Bonnici to manage our new office, a thoroughly experienced person in the field of real estate. We are confident that George will manage the branch to the very high standards now expected by our customers.”

Mr Bonnici joined Frank Salt Real Estate in the beginning of March, bringing with him 35 years of hands-on experience in the field of real estate, as well as having sat on various boards such as those of the Building Industry Consultative Council and the Planning Authority. Mr Bonnici’s most recent post was that of Sales and Marketing director for the Tumas Group.

Mr Bonnici is very enthusiastic about managing the new Frank Salt Real Estate Tal-Ibrag branch. “Frank Salt Real Estate is the only real estate company I considered joining because we are very much on the same wavelength with regards to professional, ethical and efficient service. I am confident that my input and experience will help enhance the Frank Salt brand and our clients will gain great results which are achievable within the right team.”

“We are confident that the new Tal-Ibrag office will become one of our top performing offices which will benefit from the location due to expansion and increasing demand for property in localities such as Tal-Ibrag itself, Swieqi, Madliena and Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq,” said Frank Salt real Estate’s chief Operations officer Darren de Domenico.

The new office, which carries Frank Salt Real Estate’s fresh new corporate design, offers private parking for customers accessing it through the Forum car park, and also has pedestrian access from St Andrew’s Road. The office includes 14 service desks and a private meeting room. The location, which sees a good amount of traffic that moves between the north and central areas of the island, will serve to continue to promote property in a high professional manner synonymous with the Frank Salt brand.

Only last week, an official opening also took place at Frank Salt Real Estate’s newly relocated San Ġwann office, which bears the same new look and offers a service which is second to none. The San Ġwann office, run under the very capable management of Brian Grima and serviced by an experienced team, is now situated next door to HSBC’s San Ġwann branch.

“The new San Ġwann office offers a great environment that enhances the professional service experience that Frank Salt Real Estate is so proud to offer. Real estate presents many challenges but we have the enthusiasm and commitment that is needed to exceed the high level of service that is now expected by our clients,” added Mr Grima.

With almost 50 years of experience, Frank Salt Real Estate now has 14 offices offering residential and commercial sales and letting services, as well as home interiors consultancy and property maintenance services.
