Since 1986, Malta Dairy Products Ltd., producers of the brand BENNA has been committed in supplying fresh, pasteurised cow’s milk and fresh milk products every single day to all stores around Malta and Gozo.

All Benna products are made from 100% Maltese fresh milk that comes from 95 dairy farms spread around Malta and Gozo. Throughout these 30 years, the company has processed more than 2.1 billion litres of milk into its various fresh milk products.

Benna farmers milk their cows every day. Straight after milking, the milk is cooled to a safe storage temperature on the farm.

It is then transported to the dairy every day so that the milk reaches us as fresh as it can be.

Our milk is then carefully handled by dedicated teams at Benna who are passionate about bringing the natural goodness of milk to you within 24 hours, ensuring that Benna milk stays as fresh, tasty and nutritious and wholesome as mother-nature intended it to be.

A new logo that keeps the elements of past designs (as a respect for past successes and achievements) but at the same time is changed to give a more modern looking and bolder look that reflects the optimism with which the company is looking at the future.

2. Introduction of ‘’FARMER OWNED – QUALITY GUARANTEE’’ badge

The underlying concept behind Farmer Owned is that care is being taken in every step of the journey of milk from the cow to the consumer’s table.

All our Benna products are made from 100% fresh Maltese milk that is coming from dedicated dairy farmers with a genuine passion for milk. The farmers own the dairy company Malta Dairy Products Ltd.

Because we’re owned by the same farmers who produce our milk, we know everything we need to know in every step of the milk journey. That’s why you can be sure that Benna fresh dairy products are made from cows’ milk of the highest quality.
