BOV launches financial package for graduates
Bank of Valletta chose the month of November, synonymous with the celebration of students graduating from their studies, to launch a package of financial benefits for graduates.
The BOV Graduates package is targeted at students who have completed their studies and intend to enter into full-time employment, set up their own venture or further their studies.
“This package encapsulates those banking services that one would require at this junction. It is designed as a step-up from the BOV Club package and incorporates the banking and financial services that neo-graduates would require, from efficient day-to-day banking solutions to financing solutions and investment options,” explained Karl Spiteri, head Customer Service Centre and responsible for the package.
Available for five years from one’s graduation, the BOV Graduates package is designed as a fast track solution to banking for neo-graduates, with the aim of assisting them at the time they need it most, without adding unnecessary burden. “Students may pick and choose the items they require, thereby offering both affordability and flexibility,” explained Spiteri.
The BOV Graduates package includes financial services and prod- ucts that the applicants will be requiring, some of them for the first time ever, such as business overdrafts and personal loans. It includes special offers such as the waiving of the annual fee for the first year on the BOV Visa Classic, which is now contactless, the BOV Mastercard, free standing orders and free BOV 24x7 service for those who are subscribing to this service for the first time.
The package is being offered not only to neo-graduates, but to any graduate who applies within the first five years following the attainment of the qualification.
