Marriott International wins the Aon Hewitt Best Employer Award

The Westin Dragonara Resort, a Marriott International hotel, announces that it has been recognised by Aon Hewitt, the global talent business of Aon plc, as the Malta 2017 Country Aon Best Employer in 2017. The Westin Dragonara Resort achieved an Engagement Index Score of 88% notably higher than the Marriott European benchmark score of 71%.

The Aon Global Best Employers programme measures and recognises leading employers worldwide. It is based on more than 15 years of experience in Best Employer studies across the world, backed with more than 20 years of experience in employee research and a global employee engagement database. The Aon Best Employers programme compares organisations to identify those that strive to create a competitive advantage through their people and become employers of choice.

Ken Oehler, The Global Culture & Engagement Practice leader Aon Hewitt and Pete Sanborn co-president, Global Performance, Reward and Talent Aon Hewitt presented a certificate to The Westin Dragonara Resort.
