Bigexhibits and Jugs come together to host Malta’s first B2B conference and expo

Two of Malta’s most successful event and design management companies, Bigexhibits and Jugs Malta, have come together to create Eventify, a joint venture company which will be organising Malta’s first B2B conference & expo.

The conference will see 100 exhibitors and over a 1,000 delegates coming together at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre at Ta’ Qali on Friday, 1 June to discuss global trends and innovation in today’s business world.

For this conference, Eventify has brought together a team of high profile speakers including Jason Miller, LinkedIn’s global content marketing leader; Sir Clive Woodward, the World Cup winning head coach who led England’s rugby players to World Cup glory; Chris Moss, Virgin Atlantic’s former marketing director and founder of the Orange brand and Sahar Hashemi, an entrepreneur and speaker on innovation and entrepreneurial mind-set in corporations.

Spread over one action-packed day, the speakers will share their insights on pressing issues which are affecting today’s business community

Jean Pierre Mizzi, managing director of Bigexhibits and Gianni Zammit, director of Jugs Ltd commented that this joint venture will fill the gap in the local events market in respect of national sectorial based events, conferences and expos. Eventify will work to tap into opportunities to showcase local businesses and at the same time provide inspirational conferences and training workshops delivered by top level international and local talent.

Gianni is no newcomer to the conference and events business. Over the years he has acquired a wealth of experience and with his fellow directors has set up one of the most successful events companies in Malta, Jugs Ltd. Gianni is also one of the partners of the annual Business Leaders Malta conference, which brings togeth- er some of the most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders in Malta. Gianni has also been involved in various successful national events and concerts. He is also a director of Vibe FM radio station, a musician, deejay and radio presenter and a successful entrepreneur.

Jean Pierre also comes with a wealth of experience in the organisation of conference and events in Malta and overseas. He has designed and executed a number of major exhibition projects for some of Malta’s most prestigious businesses in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Jean Pierre comes from a design background and is passionate about creativity and digital engagement. As managing director of Bigexhibits he has been involved in various large scale projects including Acua Power in Jeddah & Riyadh, Aviation Malta in Ebace Geneve, various Malta Tourism Authority fairs such as WTM, ITB, Imex and IBTM, the Libya Food Expo in Tripoli, Inmarsat Malta Convention & Expo, CHOGM Malta 2015 and Our Ocean 2017 conference in Malta.
