Orientation Meeting for Junior College prospective students
An orientation meeting for Junior College prospective students will be held on Thursday 19 July at Sir Temi Zammit Hall, University of Malta as follows:
Surnames A-C at 8:30am
Surnames D-M at 10am
Surnames N-Z at 11:30am
Students will be addressed by Paul Xuereb, Principal, and other officials of the College.
The Junior College Prospectus will be distributed among prospective students during the orientation meeting. It will then be made available online as from Friday 20 July.
The Prospectus includes all the information necessary for students to choose their subjects and apply. It is also an essential guide for students during their time at the College.
As from October, the following study programmes will be on offer: 1. Matriculation Course (2 years) • First Year
• Second Year
• Special Programme for National
Team Athletes (2 years)
3. Special Programme for Medicine and Science Oriented Students (1 year)
4. Special Programme for Students
with Disability
(applies only to exceptional circum
stances – maximum 4 years) 5. Evening Practical Courses in Biology and Chemistry (1 year) As from Monday 23 July, the College will also be offering a guidance service to help students in their choice of subjects. Students who require guidance are to call 2590 7201.
