Launch of restaurant booking market study

Malta Hotels & Restaurants Association invites all restauranteurs to participate to a restaurant-industry initiated European-wide survey on the restaurant distribution market.

This survey is carried out by our European umbrella association Hotrec, with the support of the MHRA and of the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais).

The data gathered through this survey will help MHRA at national level, as well as Hotrec at European level, to get an overview of the restaurant reservation and food delivery market in our country and in Europe.

This will help MHRA to better understand the restaurant service distribution market and also to consider any necessary future actions which might be needed.

The completion of the survey should take around 10 minutes. Your contribution will give access to valuable data for the industry. Restaurant chains and cooperations that wish to deliver aggregated data for several properties as well, are kindly asked to directly contact Dr Roland Schegg on roland.schegg@hevs.ch

All data provided will be handled confidentially and used only for statistical purposes. Any conclusions on your restaurant and your person are impossible due to statistical aggregations of the data.
