Registrations for Academic Year 2019-2020
The University of the Third Age will soon be accepting applications from older persons (60 years and over) interested in attending the 2019-2020 academic programme. • Lectures in our seven centres will be held
as follows:
• Mondays to Thursdays from 9 to 11am at the Floriana U3A Centre, 3rd Floor, Catholic Institute, Floriana
• Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 7pm at the Sliema U3A Centre, St Patrick’s School, St John Bosco Street, Sliema • Wednesdays from 9 to 11am at the Attard U3A Centre, Centru Parrokkjali, 1st floor, Triq il-Kbira, Attard
• Wednesdays from 9 to 11am at the Birżebbuġa U3A Centre, Birżebbuġa Day Centre, Triq Birżebbuġa, Birżebbuġa • Thursdays from 9 to 11am at the Cottonera U3A Centre, Cottonera Resource Centre, 1st floor, San Dwardu Street, Vittoriosa
• Thursdays from 4.30 to 6.30pm at the Mellieħa U3A Centre, Mellieħa Day Centre, Triq il-Wied, Mellieħa
• Fridays from 9 to 11am at the Gozo U3A Centre, University Campus, Triq LImġarr, Xewkija

Cottonera U3A Centre
(programme starting on Thursday, 10 October): Taking Action for Health through Food and Fitness; Il-Mużika u s-Sbuħija tagħha Mellieħa U3A Centre (programme starting on Thursday, 10 October): Kappelli u Knejjes Żgħar; Il-Ħajja Mqallba ta’ Vassalli.
Gozo U3A Centre
(programme starting on Friday, 11 October): Kif kienu jitkellmu Għawdex fl-antik; Christianity, Cults and Religions.

For those applying to attend the Floriana and Sliema U3A centres, kindly apply with Joseph Said at Floriana U3A Centre, Ground floor level, Catholic Institute, Floriana from Monday 16 September onwards between 9am and 12pm (Monday to Thursday). Alternatively, you can apply at the Sliema U3A centre on the first day of lecture on Tuesday, 8 October and/or on the second day of lecture on Thursday, 10 October before or after the lecture.
For those applying to attend the Cottonera U3A centre, kindly apply with Daniel Pisani at Cottonera U3A Centre, 1st floor, Cottonera Resource Centre, San Dwardu Street, Vittoriosa from Monday, 16 September onwards between 9 and 11am (Monday to Thursday).
For those applying to attend the Attard, Birżebbuġa or Mellieħa U3A centres, kindly apply with Simone Ellul on the first day of your lecture as follows:
For Attard, kindly apply at Attard U3A Centre, Ċentru Parrokkjali, 1st Floor, Triq ilKbira, Attard on Wednesday, 9 October from 11am to 12pm and on consecutive Wednesdays.
For Birżebbuġa, kindly apply at Birżebbuġa U3A Centre, Birżebbuġa Day Centre, Triq Birżebbuġa, Birżebbuġa on Wednesday, 16 October from 11am to 12pm.
For Mellieħa, kindly apply at Mellieħa U3A Centre, Mellieħa Day Centre, Triq ilWied, Mellieħa on Thursday, 10 October from 6.30 to 7.30pm.
For those applying to attend the Gozo U3A centre, kindly apply with Sylvana Pisani at the Care for the Elderly (green door), Ground Floor, St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo, from Monday, 16 September onwards between 9 and 11am (Monday to Thursday).
