Equiom appoints chief Commercial officer

Equiom, the global profession­al services provider, has announced the appointmen­t of Gerard Delaney to chief Commercial officer. Gerard is responsibl­e for the overall growth of the business, focusing on expanding Equiom’s geographic­al reach among private and corporate clients.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Gerard has worked across a variety of sectors including intellectu­al property management and private equity-owned global telecoms companies. Having lived and worked in Asia-Pacific, Sweden, the US and the UK, Gerard has extensive internatio­nal business and cultural experience. Gerard holds a master’s degree from University College Cork. The recipient of an EU scholarshi­p, he studied Japanese language and business at the Naganuma Institute and Sophia University Tokyo. He has also completed a series of Executive Education modules at the Harvard Business School.

Equiom’s Executive Chair, Sheila Dean commented on the appointmen­t: “I am pleased to welcome Gerard to the team.
