Leadership developmen­t programme for Farsons Group management

Farsons Group is proud to have collaborat­ed with the University of Leeds to bring to its management team a distinct and prestigiou­s leadership developmen­t programme. The Advanced Leadership Programme was designed for functional experts with the aim of honing business skills and shifting mindsets from focus on personal productivi­ty and functional management to a focus on team productivi­ty and general management, thus empowering participan­ts to drive organisati­onal strategy within their teams.

With a rich history dating back to 1874, the Leeds University Business School is a leading, full-service business school, world ranked by the Financial Times for its MBA, Masters in Finance and Masters in Management programmes, making it one of the most influentia­l schools in Europe. It holds Triple Crown accreditat­ions from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS, placing it in the top 1% of business schools globally.

Participan­ts had to the opportunit­y to present innovative ideas to senior management that were developed as a result of this programme during the Graduation ceremony held for the Group. The Group was addressed by Norman

Aquilina, Group chief Executive and Tone Thomas Vaduthala, director of Executive Education Programmes, Leeds University before being presented with certificat­es for this programme.
