CSB Group celebrates the festive season in style
The Christmas festive season is something that everyone looks forward to at CSB Group. This year our main event, being the annual Christmas cocktail party, took place at the classy Barracuda Restaurant in St Julian’s where our directors, management and staff were entertained to scrumptious food and fantastic music. However, what made this event most special was the great atmosphere created by the team. The intense vibe that could be felt was not one that you create by decorations and entertainment but one that you cultivate over a number of years, slowly building teams with people that genuinely like each other.
During his speech, Michael J. Zammit, Group CEO, addressed the various team members coming from CSB Group, VacancyCentre, Malta Sotheby’s International Realty and Regus Malta and praised their hard work and professionalism. He continued by sharing his vision for the Group to keep the excellent momentum and achieve further growth.
During the event, top performers and staff celebrating five and 10 years in employment with the Group were recognised with awards. Nicola Albanozzo and Michelle Agius received the Shining Star award for their strong performance and for being role models within their team; Martina Borg and Julie Camilleri received the Rising Star award for showing promise and a can-do attitude and Patricia Deguara and Bjorn Borg received the Supporting Star award for their commitment towards their duties especially when supporting their colleagues.

Buhagiar received the VacancyCentre Top Performer award and the Shining Star award respectively. The 10-Year Long Service award went to John Tabone, Sacha J. Farrugia, Sharon Gauci Maistre and Maria Galea while the Five-Year Long Service award went to Cheryl Vassallo and Jenalyn Bolo.
The evening also featured draws of raffle prizes with money collected being donated to various charitable institutions.
