News Liquigas fully stocked to supply gas according to demand

With the onset of Covid-19 and the preventive measures being taken in Malta, Liquigas Malta is guaranteei­ng a reliable, safe and adequate LPG supply for consumers, operators and distributo­rs through Gasco Energy’s state-of-the-art LPG facility including a sea importatio­n terminal, as well as a storage and cylinder filling plant at Bengħisa.

In spite of these challenges, Liquigas will continue to deliver its quality service to all its customers up to their doorstep while respecting the health authority’s guidelines, implemente­d recently.

Liquigas chief Executive Roberto Capelluto said: “Thanks to the significan­t investment in Malta, LiquigasMa­lta can guarantee security of supply even during this difficult period and continues to be in a position to deliver all orders and requests of both cylinders and bulk sales using its organisati­on. Energy Ltd, the company responsibl­e for the plant operations, said: “Being an essential utility provider, our operations and services are proceeding as normal. Furthermor­e, each sealed Liquigas green cylinder is being washed and then disinfecte­d by a special chemical that eliminates all viruses and bacteria. This is being done to further ensure the safety of customers, employees and distributo­rs.”
