Fort Fitness signs on as new tenant at the Quad Central

The services available will include resistance and cardio equipment, strength training, a full and varied class schedule and most importantl­y, a unique exercise experience. With over 140 exercise machines, a three-lane indoor track, a full programme of instructor-led group classes and a boxing academy open to both adults and children, you will have the opportunit­y to put your best foot forward in pursuit of healthy goals for 2022.

On the tech side of things, Fort Fitness members are supported with a dedicated app that keeps them up to date

with class schedules and opening hours and tracks their fitness activities.

The Quad Central has been designed with the first two levels overlookin­g the landscaped piazza, dedicated solely for amenities and receptions for offices.

Alongside the Fort Fitness centre, The Piazza levels will host a number of services and amenities, such as a Child Care Centre, Greens supermarke­t, the popular and

healthy Dr Juice eatery along with other well-known restaurant­s and cafés, as well as other amenities including Papier stationery and a drycleanin­g service.

The car park can also cater for 1,500 vehicles, has bike racks and a car wash to cater for tenants and visitors.
