Super Yacht Industry Network Malta to participate at the Monaco Yacht Show

-

The Super Yacht Industry Network Malta will once again participate at the Monaco Yacht Show (27-30 September). This year VisitMalta has also teamed up with our network with the aim of showcasing Malta not only as a Yacht cruising destination but also as a destination for yacht refits and all ancillary services including Wintering, Hardstanding, Crew training.

The aim of the network is to facilitate yacht owners and captains to find the right partner in Malta through our “stamp of approval” applied to their members. Membership of the network is open to those who reach stringent standards, and performance is monitored to ensure standards are maintained.

With Malta recording a 51% increase in registrations of superyachts larger than 24 metres, Malta currently boasts over 1,000 Super yachts registered. Such a stat coupled with Malta’s beautiful marinas, Malta’s thriving reputation, its efficient ship registry, and the convenience of ship repair yards, has truly consolidated Malta’s position as one-stop shop in the maritime industry.

The Monaco Yacht Show is the world’s biggest super yacht exhibition, attracting a wealthy international clientele of yacht owners and executives from the super yacht and luxury markets since 1991.

“We are grateful for the help provided by both the Ministry for Transport, Infrastructure, and Capital Projects and Yachting Malta to keep our place in this highly-acclaimed yacht show, which will, of course, be beneficial not just for the image of the Network, but also to enhance Malta’s yachting industry internationally,” the President of the SuperYacht Industry Network Malta, Kenneth Camilleri, said.

We invite visitors to come to The Super Yacht Industry Network Malta stand DS86 DARSE SUD to acquire first-hand knowledge about what Malta has to offer for yachting, sailing, divers and marine sports enthusiasts.
