Eight years of community and growth for Frank Salt in the Three Cities

-

It's been eight amazing years since Frank Salt Real Estate set up shop in Cospicua. Now, as they celebrate their anniversary, they're also gearing up to welcome new talent and new adventures as their reach within the local community continues to grow.

Nestled along the picturesque seafront of Cospicua, the branch owes its flourishing success to its devoted team, spearheaded by Simon Marchett. A stalwart of Frank Salt Real Estate for over 15 years, Simon embarked on his journey with the family-run agency at the tender age of 21. With a steadfast dedication to excellence and unparalleled customer care, he swiftly ascended the ranks from property consultant to assistant branch manager and eventually to the esteemed position of branch manager at the Three

Cities office.

Simon's genuine passion for The Three Cities sets him apart. He considers these areas to be Malta’s architectural and heritage gems. "It has been just over five years since I was entrusted with the operations of the Cospicua branch, and I deeply appreciate the company’s commitment to developing and investing in its people," he says. Vittoriosa, Cospicua, Senglea, Kalkara and the surrounding neighbourhoods hold immense appeal for Simon. They are like a second home to him, and he takes pleasure in assisting buyers who share his passion for the area in finding their dream home or perfect buy-to-let investment.

"Few areas of Malta offer such uniqueness, as well as investment potential. Over the last two decades, we have witnessed the neighbourhood flourish, thanks to a number of national projects such as the waterfront regeneration. The local community and councils have played a crucial role, committed to making their villages worthy of the value that the Knights of St John saw when they originally made the Cottonera their first home in Malta," Simon explains.

He adds: "There is no street or alley in the area that is the same as another. Each alcove, corner or townhouse has its own story to tell."

Naomi Borg, Branch secretary for the last seven years, commented: "It's been an incredible journey for us at the Cospicua branch. We've witnessed significant growth and success over the past eight years, and we're thrilled to continue expanding our team and serv

ices to better serve our clients."

In addition to Simon and Naomi, the Cospicua team includes Brandon Axisa, Jeanette Mifsud and Rod Foster. The branch focuses primarily on properties in The Three Cities, catering to a mix of local and foreign clients. With its commitment to excellence and passion for delivering exceptional service, Frank Salt Real Estate's Cospicua branch looks forward to continued success and growth in the years to come.
