APS Bank rewards staff suggestions

-

Following its recently launched Staff Suggestion Scheme, APS Bank rewarded staff members for their ideas and suggestions. The scheme, which is run on an online suggestion-box software, is designed to enable staff members to submit, rate and share their ideas in order to create a collaborative platform.

During a reward ceremony, APS Bank’s Corporate Services Manager and Scheme Committee Chairman, Peter Gatt, thanked all staff members for their input and for contributing to the success of this scheme. Mr Gatt said that “such a high participation rate underlines strong employee engagement and dedication towards the growth and development of the bank”.

In a period of just three months since the launch of the scheme, 115 ideas have been submitted, 53 of which are under review or scheduled for implementation.

APS staff members are continuously encouraged to submit ideas for innovative ways on how to improve the bank’s product portfolio, procedures, services and customer experience.
