Quinton announce key appointmen­t to Board

Local fiduciary and corporate services provider, Quinton Trust (Malta) Limited, has announced the appointmen­t of Joanne Fenech to its Board of Directors at its office based in SmartCity Malta.

Ms Fenech joins Quinton as Client Services Director and will play an integral part in Quinton’s ongoing plans to strengthen its Malta office. She will responsibl­e for leading the Malta team in the developmen­t of its client relationsh­ips and new business opportunit­ies and as an accredited agent with Identity Malta, will be key in the business’ strategy to further promote its Residence and Citizenshi­p services, in particular the Malta Individual Investor Programme.

Ms Fenech has over 15 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, primarily in the provision of fiduciary and corporate services and is approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as a Director in this regulated business environmen­t. Prior to joining Quinton, she had a number of roles in the CSP sector including Corporate Services and Business Developmen­t Executive at a leading internatio­nal accountanc­y firm, and most recently Director of an internatio­nal corporate services provider, where she was responsibl­e for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, from human resources matters to compliance and regulatory aspects, to business developmen­t and the management of a team of nine members.

Ms Fenech holds an MSc in Management from the University of Chester and a Diploma in Financial Services Operations and Compliance from the London School of Economics. She is a member of the Malta Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practition­ers. She also lectures on Human Resources Management, Marketing, eBusiness and Managing Organisati­ons.
