MCI concert at Cavalieri Art Hotel this evening

The Malta Cultural Institute will be presenting the fifth concert of the MCI 2016/7 Season this evening at 7pm, at the Cavalieri Art Hotel, St Julian’s.

The evening’s programme will feature a group of musicians from the University of Malta Junior College who have come together as a Chamber group. The group is being co-ordinated and rehearsed by Mro Manoel Pirotta.

An unusual and attractive part of the evening will be in the hands of Charles “City” Gatt, the founder of the Malta Jazz Festival, who will be playing improvisations of well known tunes on the vibraphone.

The painting exhibition for this month will feature works by Rosette Sciriha.
