The aim of this award event is to foster the participat­ion and recognitio­n of Malta’s most outstandin­g and highly exceptiona­l iGaming business companies and entreprene­urs, whether affiliates, non-affiliates, landbased or online. The judges are the experts who will evaluate all the nominees. They give their opinion to determine whether each company or individual can move forward to become a nominee. Various criteria are applied, from HR to CSR, from gameplay to art and design, from innovation to creativity, and so on. During the judging sessions, the judges not only select the final winners but also the awards categories of the edition. MBR has an exceptiona­l line-up of expert judges who will be introduced shortly. All judges will be working hard before the event as well as during the interactiv­e gala awards evening. The panel of high profile qualified experts from leading iGaming organisati­ons, including internatio­nal and foreign VIPs, will be reviewing and meeting each nominee and judging on a pre-set of evaluating and appraising criteria. A live Q&A shall be made to each nominee on the night, scoring no less than 20 points.

Malta’s iGaming elite and heavyweigh­ts can look forward to an entertaini­ng evening with guest singer, musical production and entertainm­ent by George Curmi (Il-Puse) and his quartet, providing the most relaxing of music, supplement­ed by fire eaters and fire jugglers. Thirty-five per cent of the attendees are online companies, journalist­s and bloggers, and the remaining 20 per cent are service and technology providers to the mobile industry, (semi-) government agencies and others.
