ANCHOVY. Studios plc announces €1m Bond Issue after MSE approval for listing
The Malta Stock Exchange has approved the application for the admission to prospects of the proposed issue of €1,000,000 ANCHOVY. Studios plc 5.5% unsecured bonds 2027 having a nominal value of €1000 per Bond.
With respect to taking ANCHOVY. to plc status and successfully opening the bond application, founders Zak and Benji Borg said this was “a ground-breaking achievement locally that is evidence of ANCHOVY’s past success and promising future achievements.
