Prohealth launches Staff Loyalty Rewards Scheme

-

Prohealth has rolled out an internal programme that rewards staff loyalty and celebrates its employees’ achievements within the company.

The scheme was implemented in December 2018, during the Christmas office party, where employees who have worked at the company for over five years were recognised by management for their contributions towards the company’s success.

Prohealth is a leading supplier within the Maltese pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic and medical equipment market. The company imports and distributes a wide variety of healthcare products to local pharmacies and government health services.

Prohealth has also introduced a new scheme that recognises and rewards loyal staff for their vital role in the achievement of the company’s goals. Every year, the company will honour employees who reach important milestones in their career by awarding gift and travel vouchers, as well as certificates, as a sign of gratitude for their commitment.

The scheme was put in practice in 2018, during the Christmas office party, where management honoured all employees who celebrated their fifth, tenth or fifteenth anniversary working at the company. The presentation of loyalty rewards will be an annual ceremony held as part of the company’s end-of-year staff events.

Prohealth has been importing and distributing pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetics, medical devices and other healthcare products to the Maltese Islands since 1995. The company today has over 40 employees and represents a variety of well-known international brands such as La Roche-Posay, Vichy Laboratoires and many more.
