Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is very close to joining Manchester United for €75m plus €15m bonuses and €10m commission, but Lazio are haggling over addons.

According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, a deal is practically done for the Serbia international midfielder and his agent Mateja Kezman was in London for advanced negotiations yesterday.

The transfer fee is €75m with another €15m in various bonuses, plus €10m commission for Kezman, taking the total cost to €100m – the Lazio asking price.

However, it’s reported there is some debate over the format of these bonuses and how easy it will be for Lazio to get them.

While Manchester United want most of these to be very difficult to achieve, for example winning the Champions League, the Aquile would prefer them linked to appearances.

Milinkovic-Savic had also been heavily linked with Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter and Real Madrid.

Once Milinkovic-Savic has been secured, Manchester United can sell Paul Pogba to Real Madrid or Juventus.

Simone Inzaghi admits Sergej Milinkovic-Savic could leave Lazio amid Manchester United reports. “The club has to consider offers.”

“Milinkovic will play today’s friendly against Mantova. If he were to leave, we’d need a physical figure to come in to the midfield. Purchases are targeted, chosen together with the club, we sat down and talked calmly. If an important offer arrives, it is only right that the club take it into consideration.” Simone Inzaghi added.
