● Chef Sean Gravina cooks up a feast for the residents of St Joseph’s Home

-

As part of Knorr’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, children at St Joseph’s Home, a facility which provides out-ofhome care to boys, were treated to a mouth-watering lunch cooked by Knorr’s Brand Ambassador, chef Sean Gravina. As a charity, the home depends on the generosity of the Maltese public to continue its mission and such out-of-home activation fitted the narrative perfectly.

“These boys get to face adult life too soon, but ultimately they are still growing up and need all the attention and care they deserve. We felt that we needed to help them out. Seeing the boys’ faces after being served some freshly prepared baguettes and a mouth-watering lasagne after coming back from school was simply priceless,” commented

Gravina, who also chatted with the staff and children on how to eat a balanced diet and how to cater for these kids with affordable ingredients.

St Joseph’s Home is a facility which provides care to boys by supporting them through difficult times. The home provides individualised care to youngsters through the development of professional and effective relationships while assisting them in their every day needs, including their homework and studies as well as after-school activities.
