Matchday 4 ends with thrilling match in ePremier League

The Malta BOV ePremier League 2022/23 has reached an exciting stage with the conclu‐ sion of Group B on 25th April 2023.

The top three teams from Group B, Marsaxlokk FC, Birkirkara FC, and Valletta FC, have advanced to the playoffs and will join the top three teams from Group A. The remaining two spots from Group C will be decided next week on Tuesday, 2nd May 2023.

Valletta FC faced off against Floriana FC in the first match of the day. Despite their best ef‐ forts, Floriana FC could not keep up with Valletta FC, who domi‐ nated the match and won with a final score of 8‐3.

Birkirkara FC played against Marsaxlokk FC in the second match of the day, which ended in a 2‐2 draw. Both teams played hard, but neither was able to gain an advantage over the other.

Floriana FC then went on to play Pieta Hotspurs FC in the third match of the day, which was arguably the most exciting match of the day.

The two teams were evenly matched, with the score going back and forth throughout the game. However, Floriana FC managed to pull ahead in the end and won with a score of 6‐5.

Marsaxlokk FC played their sec‐ ond match of the day against Val‐ letta FC. Marsaxlokk FC was in top form and won the match with an impressive score of 9‐5.

The final standings for Group B are as follows: Marsaxlokk FC finished on top with 8 points, fol‐ lowed by Birkirkara FC also with 8 points, Valletta FC with 6 points, Floriana FC with 4 points, and Pieta Hotspurs FC with 1 point.
