Banns for Curators Republic of Malta To the Marshall of the Court. By means of a decree given by this Court, on the 1st February 2024, following a request of the Directorate for Alternative Care (Children and Youths) noe it was ordered that deputy curators be chosen to represent the absentee Mariosa Chircop, in the records of the Sworn Application 148/2022AL, in the names Directorate for Alternative Care (Children and Youths) noe vs deputy curators and in the other relative and subsequent acts. By means of a sworn application in the names Director of Alternative Care (Children and Youths) as curator ad litem for the minors – omisis - vs Valentina D Amato (ID 0085793M), Andrea D Amato (ID 0353894M), Director Public Registry and Mariosa Chircop (ID 0020578G) for any interest she may have, in the records of the Sworn Application bearing reference 148/2022AL, filed in the Civil Court (Family Section), on the 13th July, 2022, the applicant director of Alternative Care (Children and Minors) on behalf of the minors requested this Honourable Court and Remenda Grech confirmed on oath on behalf of the Directorate so that it: Orders that the respondents Andrea and Valentina D Amato submit themselves to genetic tests in order to determine if the minors in question are in fact their siblings and consequently the children of the deceased Philip D Amato; Without prejudice to the first request, in the event that this Honorable Court wishes to have legal certainty, subject to any declaration that this Court feels it should give in the circumstances, this Honourable court shall order that the body of the deceased defendant Philip D Amato be exhumed in order to carry out the scientific tests that must be carried out in order to execute a Paternity Test Report; Declare and decide that the applicants are the natural and biological children of Philip D Amato; Declare that Philip D Amato for all the e ects and purposes of law is the natural father of the minor applicants; Order the defendant Director of Public Registry, to make all the necessary corrections in the Birth certificates with registration numbers 2428 of the year 2004, 2603 of the year 2004, 2934 of the year 2007, 4076 of the year 2008, and 1003 of the year 2011, including by removing in the same acts the words ‘Jedah Fadalla Almari in the column of the name of the father of the baby and entering instead the words ‘Philip D Amato ; Order the defendant Director of the Public Registry, to make all the necessary corrections in the Acts of Birth of the minors with reference 3548 of the year 2011, including by removing the words ‘unknown father in the column of the name of the baby s father and instead enter the words ‘Philip D Amato ; Order the defendant Director of Public Registry, to make all the necessary corrections in the Birth certificates with registration numbers 2428 of the year 2004, 2603 of the year 2005, 2934 of the year 2007, 4076 of the year 2008, 1003 of the year 2011 and 3548 of the year 2011, including by removing in the same acts the words ‘Almari and, or ‘Chircop in the column of the child s name and surname and entering the surname instead D Amato; Order the same defendant Director of the Public Registry to publish the Birth certificates as soon as they are corrected. And this under those provisions that this Honourable Court deems appropriate and opportune to impose in the present circumstances. You are also ordered to inform each one that if he fails to make this declaration within the stipulated time, the Court will proceed to the selection of Curators of O ce. And a er so acting or if you should encounter any di culty in the execution of these banns, you are to inform forthwith this Court.
