In the First Hall of the Civil Court; Today 11th July, 2023. To Strahinja Rajkovic (37549A) of 21, Flat 1, Triq il-Konver joni, St Paul’s Bay Dragana Zivanonic. By the present the Malta Public Trasport Services (Operations) Limited (C48875) of Sqaq il-Fdal tal- adid, Triq Valletta, Luqa, refers you to the judicial letter filed by you in the First Hall of the Civil Court on 21st June, 2023 (with progressive number 2704/23) regarding the fatal accident occurred on 24th August, 2022, in Triq Notabile, Birkirkara, and is categorically denying and rebutting as unfounded in fact and at law the allegations brought forward by you against it, in so far as the interpellant company in no way failed in the exercise of the necessary diligence when it employed Norven Punzalan Ramos with it nor failed in its legal obligations as the principal of the same Norven Punzala Ramos in the course of his job with her. It follows thus that the interpellant company should not answer to claims brought forward by you and warns you from continuing from making such claims against it.
