Moving around Monaco is now easier than ever before. And we are not talking about a new form of transport, but a simple mobile application. There is now a Smart Assistant for residents and guests of the principality – the Citymapper application. With it, you can plan your movement around the city, along with transport recommendations. The system accumulates real-time data on the routes of the local bus company Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco and transport lines passing through Monaco – Zestbus and Lignes d'Azur, information on trains and helicopters, Mobee car sharing and MonaBike public bicycles, as well as water transport. The application informs the user of any delays and changes in trains and bus schedules, and also helps motorists find a free parking space.

Citymapper has a great reputation for ease of use and accuracy. It keeps you from getting lost in an unfamiliar place, calculates the cost of the trip, and if you decide to reach your destination on foot, it will also count the number of calories you spend on this walk, as well as their equivalent in typical dishes of the region. The application is set to be finalised in the near future and will include information on available taxis and the schedule of the Italian Thello train.
