P.Boldbaatar secures a silver medal from World Bench Press Championships 2017

Mongolian weightlifter P.Boldbaatar won a silver medal in the men’s +120 kg of the Master-1 category of the World Open, Sub-Junior, Junior & Master Equipped Bench Press Championships 2017, held from May 22 to 26 in Kaunas, Lithuania.

P.Boldbaatar lifted 305 kg in total to earn his silver medal. Eight athletes from the Mongolian United Powerlifting Federation participated in the tournament, namely S.Sukhbat (66 kg), B.Bayarbaatar (74 kg), B.Gansukh (83 kg), M.Galsaikhan (93 kg), D.Tumenjargal (105 kg), B.Chimedtseren (120 kg), B.Altangerel (120 kg) and P.Boldbaatar (+120 kg).
