Robotech 2018 concludes

Initiated by Creative Mongolia Association and supported by the Production and Innovation Department of Ulaanbaatar and Mayor’s Office of Bayangol District, Robotech 2018 competition was held at the Mongolian National Broadcaster.

The competition aimed to educate primary school students about physics, mathematics and other natural science subjects to develop their team work skills, creative thinking for robotics and to prepare skillful entrepreneurs, engineers and technologists.

Some 75 students from 25 teams of Bayangol District’s 14 schools competed fiercely for a ticket to the STEM festival in Japan.

The winners of the competition were teams of Oyuny Undraa Complex School, School No.40 and Gan Zam School No.20.

The Production and Innovation Department of Ulaanbaatar awarded rights to train at the Innovation Center to students who placed in the first three places.

Creative Mongolia Association, district governor's offices of Ulaanbaatar and Duinkher Terguun LLC have announced that they’ll organize the competition annually among students of primary schools.
