Minister D.Tsogtbaatar meets 2 outgoing ambassadors
On the occasion of the completions of their diplomatic missions in Mongolia, Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar held meetings with Ambassador of France Elisabeth Barsacq and Kuwaiti Ambassador Khalid Yateem Bardi Shahir Alfadhli on August 10 to bid goodbye to them and discuss ongoing cooperation projects that have been implemented in Mongolia with the support of their governments during their missions.
Minister D.Tsogtbaatar expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Barsacq for her contribution in promoting and expanding the relations and cooperation between Mongolia and France in all sectors, and wished Barsacq success in her future work.
Ambassador Barsacq thanked the minister for promoting the excellent cooperation between the embassy and ministry. She expressed her satisfaction with the advancement of the current bilateral relationship, including development of joint projects in mining, education and infrastructure, as well as the ongoing progress of newly established cooperation initiatives during her term in Mongolia.
During his meeting with outgoing Ambassador Khaled Al-Fadhli, Minister D.Tsogtbaatar expressed his satisfaction with the successful ongoing progress of Mongolia's relations and cooperation with Kuwait, and highlighted that Khaled AlFadhli has contributed greatly to the successful bilateral relationship.
The minister highlighted that as a result of the ambassador’s great efforts, projects to build a new burn treatment center and renew Undurkhaan Airport in Chinggis City, the capital of Khentii Province, are going to be carried out in Mongolia with Kuwaiti nonrefundable aid.
Minister D.Tsogtbaatar stated that he hopes Khaled Al-Fadhli will keep making contribution to the development of the relations and cooperation between the two countries in the future, and wished him success in his further work.
The ambassador said that he has a passion for expanding and strengthening the relations and cooperation between Kuwait and Mongolia, and thanked the government of Mongolia and the people of Mongolia for their support and hospitality during his fiveyear mission.
