LEAVE NO TRACE

Sweep your tracks. This desert landscape is ecologically fragile. Stay on existing tracks. Tracks remain for many years, so take a broom along and sweep any accidental tracks you might make. Make a three-point turn rather than a big 360-degree turn. Don’t make a mess. Take rubbish bags and remove all your trash. Take it all back out with you. Burn loo paper completely. Camp like a ninja. Let your fire burn out during the night and leave only ashes in the morning for the wind to blow away.
