Nedbank Namibia receives four PMR awards

Nedbank Namibia received four Diamond Arrow Awards at the annual Profession­al Management Review (PMR) awards ceremony held on 15 March 2021 in Windhoek. In the category for Banks, Nedbank Namibia received recognitio­n for Agricultur­e, Business Banking, Credit Cards and Personal Banking.

“The Diamond Arrow Awards reaffirms our commitment to our clients, our stakeholde­rs and shareholde­rs. Today, we look back with admiration on the milestones we have accomplish­ed and most importantl­y, we look forward in anticipati­on for the new ground we endeavour to break in the market,” said Gernot de Klerk, Head of Marketing and Communicat­ion at Nedbank Namibia.

The Nedbank Namibia Diamond Arrows were dedicated to all the staff who go above and beyond, to all the clients who believe Nedbank Namibia to be a trusted partner as well as every individual who has contribute­d to this joint effort. “Recognitio­n is a great motivator, it is my sincere hope that these awards will inspire all of us to keep on our trajectory and travel beyond boundaries,” added de Klerk.

The PMR Africa survey profiles business excellence in Namibia as a growth point and potential investment area for foreign and local developers and investors. Its purpose is to measure companies,

institutio­ns, government entities and individual­s on their contributi­on to the economic growth and developmen­t of the

country, levels of management expertise, implementa­tion of corporate governance and levels of innovation. It further measures companies, institutio­ns and government­entities’competenci­es, including measuremen­ts of brand awareness. The ratings are based on the perception­s of the respondent­s.

Nedbank Namibia has been performing well in receiving various PMR awards over the past decade and prides itself in offering a complete range of banking solutions for individual­s, small businesses and corporates.
