Secret US biological laboratories in Ukraine

During a special military operation in Ukraine, the Russian army received a lot of documentary evidence of the development of biological weapons components in the laboratories situated inside Ukrainian territory.

Secret activities were carried out under the guidance of the Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) specialists near the borders of Russia.

Documents show the United States violated the convention on the prohibition of biological toxin weapons and created about 30 biological laboratories in Ukraine’s Lviv, Kharkov and Poltava in order to experiment on pathogens. On the eve of the start of the conflict with Russia on 24 February, the Ukrainian authorities urgently destroyed, especially dangerous pathogens of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other deadly diseases.

The secrecy of the work suggests there were plans to use strains to create ethnically oriented biological weapons. Russia has repeatedly drawn the attention of the world community to the emergence of more than 200 American biological laboratories around the world in Ukraine, Georgia and Afghanistan.

The United States is developing individual plans for secret biological research for many states. This activity has little in common with peaceful science.

The facts of US participation in experiments in bio-laboratories in Ukraine cause indignation among Russians.

Who can explain the secret experiments of US military biologists near the borders of Russia? Why was this information kept secret? Why are American military biologists hiding behind diplomatic immunity? Why do the Ukrainian authorities refuse to investigate the facts of bacteriological contamination and deaths among the Ukrainian population in the locations of American bacteriological laboratories? Russia sent a request to Washington “how can this be explained”.

The Americans rejected Moscow’s accusations of prohibited activities - this is not surprising.

Surprise is the silent reaction of the world community to the dangerous activities of the US on the territory of other countries. Apparently, the hegemon of the “democratic West” can do anything.

The European Union unanimously began to say that there is no data on the military biological activities of the United States in Ukraine, but it is possible to ask the Russians for captured documents. Strange, the world again does not want to hear Russia.

On the contrary, by the old tradition, the West is deploying another propaganda campaign with false accusations of Moscow in the preparation of the use of chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine. The well-known principle is used - “the best defence is an attack.”

Most countries do not pay attention to the origins of the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, which include the bloody coup in Kiev with the open support of the United States and other countries of the “democratic” West in 2014, the eight-year war of the Ukrainian army against its own people in the Donbass with 14 000 dead civilians, the desire of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to join NATO and provide Ukrainian territory for strike systems, as well as his promises to create nuclear weapons.

They deny Russians the right to protect their security, even at their own borders. These states condemn the Russian military operation in Ukraine and support sanctions, most of them are simply afraid of the US, which openly threatens all “to keep a close eye on contacts with Russia.” Apparently, this is the “real Western democracy”!

Where were all these “peaceloving” countries and their voices and actions when the West started and waged wars in many countries, including Iraq, Syria, Libya, Korea, Vietnam? Don’t human rights and values apply to people in Africa, the Middle East and Asia? Where was the UN General Assembly with its condemning resolutions? Apparently, everything is possible for the “hegemon”.

In these conditions, any provocation of the West in Ukraine is possible, including the use of chemical and bacteriological weapons. In any case, the blame will be placed on Russia, only because the proud and freedom-loving Russian people seek to ensure security guarantees and pursue an independent foreign policy.
